Your First Visit—What to Expect
You’ll be greeted and welcomed to our spa-like practice when you arrive. We’ll take you on a brief tour so you know where everything is, and then you’ll sit down with Dr. Vang to discuss your health history, current health issues and goals for care.
Next, Dr. Vang will conduct a thorough examination, including orthopedic, neurological and range of motion assessments. He’ll let you know what he finds and explain the underlying cause of your pain or other symptoms and how our care may be able to help. Then, you’ll receive your first adjustment.
Dr. Vang will repeat your range of motion assessment after your adjustment so you can objectively see the improvement after just one session.
You can plan to be here for about 30 minutes for this visit.

At the end of your first appointment, Dr. Vang will review his recommendations for your personalized care plan, including the frequency of visits and the costs involved.

Your regular visits may vary in length depending on the services you receive. Along with chiropractic adjustments, Dr. Vang may recommend other therapies to support your healing process, such as class IV cold laser therapy, dry needling or spinal decompression therapy.
Dr. Vang will explain how these services can improve your healing, and he’ll answer all of your questions.
